Job summary

Coder is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth by generating qualified pipeline for Enterprise Account Managers. You’ll help bring Coder’s Environment-as-a-Service platform to some of the world’s largest companies that are adopting AI-driven development at scale.

This role focuses on outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and setting up qualification calls to drive the sales cycle, working with EAMs and marketing to optimize messaging and data in our CRM.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in outbound SDR/BDR roles within SaaS or developer-focused tech.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound outreach and social selling.
• Experience with prospecting tools like SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities for Enterprise Account Managers through targeted outbound prospecting.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn using SalesLoft and other tools.
• Research target accounts and personas to craft personalized value-driven messaging.
• Set up qualification calls for EAMs to advance through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with EAMs to strategize outreach and hand off opportunities smoothly.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM and engagement platforms.
• Partner with Marketing to align messaging and campaigns for higher response rates.
• Stay current on developer tooling, platform engineering, and AI workflows.
