Job summary

Pencil, an AI advertising platform, is seeking a driven Senior Sales Development Representative to drive enterprise and mid-market growth. You will identify and qualify new leads, build pipeline, and schedule meetings and demos for our sales teams, with deals starting at $25K in annual contract value.

This role offers remote-first working with occasional offices in London or New York, and rewards successful outreach with commission on qualified leads and converted deals.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of outbound sales development experience into enterprise accounts.
• Experience in SaaS, tech sales, martech or creative production.
• Strong communicator with written and verbal skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and modern prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients; global scope with UK/US focus.
• Lead Nurturing: Maintain engagement with personalised outreach sequences.
• Sales Collaboration: Work with sales team to qualify leads and shape engagement.
• Tools: Use LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Lusha and Salesforce for prospecting and tracking.
• Targets: Meet monthly qualified-lead targets; commissions on qualified leads and closed-won deals.
