Job summary

Greene King is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology function to facilitate Agile processes, coach teams, and enable reliable delivery.

You will work with engineering, delivery teams and external partners, use Azure DevOps and Confluence, and promote continuous improvement through metrics and transparent communication.

This role requires strong facilitation, collaboration across in-house and partner teams, and a proactive approach to removing blockers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master in software development.
• Experience facilitating Scrum events and backlog management.
• Experience with engineering and delivery teams.
• CSM/PSM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events and support backlog refinement.
• Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog with Product Owner.
• Ensure alignment between development teams, Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and partner teams for end-to-end delivery.
