Job summary

Edenred PayTech in the UK is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile teams across PayTech and wider Edenred initiatives. You will champion Better Value Sooner Safer Happier through Lean and Scrum practices, guiding teams toward high-quality delivery.

You will hold a level 1 Agile qualification (PSM1/CSM/etc) and ideally a level 2; you will mentor teams, attend meetups, and collaborate with Product Owner, PM, and stakeholders to drive faster, safer outcomes.

Qualifications

• PSM1/CSM/DASM/KMP/ICP or equivalent Agile certification required.
• Experience as Scrum Master in Lean/Agile environments.
• Ability to mentor teams and lead agile adoption.
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish Sprint Goals and align to team objectives.
• Coach Scrum Teams to improve WoW and values.
• Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, PM, and other teams.
