Job summary

Edenred PayTech in Swindon or London is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and coach Scrum teams across a hybrid delivery environment. You will champion LeSS/SAFe or Disciplined Agile elements to improve value delivery and team happiness.

Applicants should hold an Agile certification (PSM1/CSM etc.) and have proven ability to facilitate effective ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with Product Owner/Manager to prioritise work and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Level 1 Agile qualification (PSM1/CSM/DASM/KMP/ICP) and ideally Level 2/advanced in Agile.
• Experience applying Agile in various delivery lifecycles and environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish Sprint Goals aligned to quarterly Programme Increments.
• Coach Scrum Team to improve WoW and deliver value.
• Lead Agile practices across up to two teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Product Manager to curate backlog options.
• Promote continuous improvement with data-driven insights.
