City St George’s, University of London, seeks a Senior School Operations Officer to support School Operations across Clerkenwell and Tooting campuses. You will coordinate administrative processes, monitor issues and ensure student-focused services align with regulations and priorities.

The role requires strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, experience with student records systems such as SITS, and the ability to work across academic and Professional Services teams.

• Knowledge of higher education procedures, regulations and administrative processes.
• Experience delivering complex operational activity in a busy, student-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to coordinate across teams.

• Support the effective delivery of School Operations activity and coordinate administrative processes underpinning the student and academic experience.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement of student-focused processes across the School.
