JLL WPM is seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to support our national engineering operations across the UK. You will forecast staffing, build comprehensive engineer schedules, balance workload and ensure KPI targets and contractual obligations are met.

You will lead a team of up to 10 schedulers, apply advanced scheduling methods, monitor in real time, and collaborate with engineering leadership to optimise workforce efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in scheduling/workforce management or similar.
• Experience creating and managing schedules in engineering, field service or technical ops.
• Understanding of KPIs, SLAs and contractual service level requirements.
• Proficiency with Workforce Management/Optimization tools and systems.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual engineer schedules across multiple clients/contracts.
• Build optimal schedules based on forecasted workload, headcount, KPI targets, and contractual service levels.
• Manage a team of up to 10 schedulers and ensure schedule adherence.
• Apply advanced scheduling methodologies to support complex scheduling scenarios across multiple contracts.
• Monitor schedule adherence in real time and adjust to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to address scheduling challenges and resource allocation needs.
• Generate reports on schedule adherence, productivity, KPI performance and contractual compliance.
