Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP and SAP ECC Payroll.
• Experience with payroll controls, wage types, PCRs and payroll reporting.
• Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors ECP solutions.
• Analyze SAP ECC Payroll configurations and map legacy functionality to ECP.
• Configure payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, controls and settings.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll SMEs, finance, architects and integrators.
• Participate in data migration, validation, reconciliation and defect management.
• Support SIT, UAT, payroll simulations and parallel runs.
• Assist cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Prepare specifications, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in governance forums and status reporting.
• Support compliance with UK payroll legislation and pensions processing.
