Qualifications

• 5–6+ years’ experience in SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• 3–4+ years acting as a Lead Consultant on project implementations.
• Strong understanding of payroll business processes and system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Leading payroll workstreams on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP implementations.
• Designing, configuring and troubleshooting payroll solutions.
• Running client workshops, requirements sessions and playback meetings.
