Job summary

Whitehall Resources is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to lead discovery, shape the SAP Payroll solution, and provide hands-on delivery support to align with HMRC Payrolling of Benefits requirements from April 2027. The role requires extensive SAP HCM Payroll expertise and UK payroll knowledge.

The consultant will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Tax and IT stakeholders to define the target landscape, support implementation, and ensure real-time reporting and compliance with HMRC

Qualifications

• Senior SAP HCM Payroll consultant with ~10+ years' experience.
• Lead discovery, shape solution, and provide hands-on delivery support.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC Payrolling of Benefits (PBIK) from April 2027.

Responsibilities

• Perform discovery and assess current SAP Payroll landscape.
• Define target SAP Payroll solution and supporting business processes.
• Support development, configuration and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with RTI requirements and HMRC timelines.
• Transfer knowledge to payroll and application support teams.
