Job summary

Whitehall Resources Limited is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join a key client in the UK. The role focuses on discovery, shaping the solution, and hands-on delivery to ensure compliance with HMRC Payrolling of Benefits.

You will work with Payroll, HR, Tax and IT stakeholders to assess the current SAP Payroll landscape, define the target solution, and support the implementation of enhancements, with RTI requirements and a move away from P11D reporting by April 2027.

Qualifications

• Senior SAP HCM Payroll consultant with 10+ years’ experience.
• Experience leading discovery and solution shaping for SAP Payroll.
• Knowledge of UK HMRC RTI and Payrolling of Benefits.
• Experience transitioning P11D to real-time payroll processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, shape the SAP Payroll solution for UK client.
• Assess current SAP Payroll landscape and gaps.
• Define target SAP Payroll processes and configurations.
• Support development, config, and testing activities.
• Ensure RTI and Payrolling of Benefits compliance.
• Transfer knowledge to the Bentley payroll/application support teams.
