Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Support Engineer, SAP UK Payroll, to provide remote-based specialist support for SAP Payroll in the UK. The role reports to the Regional Manager, SAP – EMEA and may work from a remote office in the UK.

You will bring deep SAP Payroll expertise, UK statutory knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex payroll issues, deliver compliant payroll configurations, and support customers across a global delivery team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll experience.
• Extensive experience supporting SAP Payroll in the UK.
• Deep knowledge of UK Payroll configuration, statutory regulations, legal reporting and country-specific infotypes.
• Experience with Time Management and payroll-related absence processing.
• Experience with RTI submissions and year-end processing.
• Fluent in English; additional European language preferred.
• SAP certification is a plus; hands-on experience matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote-based SAP Payroll support for UK Payroll environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues with cross-functional teams.
• Guide clients on Payroll configurations and integration with Finance.
• Support UK regulatory reporting and statutory requirements.
• Investigate PCRs and schemas, payroll processing, and year-end activities.
