Job summary

A global enterprise software support provider is seeking a Sr. Support Engineer for SAP HR/Payroll to provide exceptional remote support for mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly in UK and Ireland payroll, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving within ERP environments. This role demands expertise in troubleshooting and configuring SAP Payroll, along with a passion for delivering high-quality support to clients. You will work remotely from the UK, collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience, especially in UK and Ireland SAP HR/Payroll.
• At least 5 years implementation experience in the UK with two full life-cycle implementations.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for SAP HR/Payroll applications.
• Troubleshoot customer issues in complex ERP environments.
• Support UK Local Government payroll issues including RTI and EOY.
