Job summary

Searchability is seeking an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support UK and Canadian payroll environments, combining project delivery with live support. You will configure and maintain payroll solutions, ensure compliance with tax and reporting requirements, and work across SAP ECC, SuccessFactors EC Payroll, and S/4HANA HCM.

The role involves adapting to UK and Canadian regulations, collaborating with technical teams, and delivering reliable payroll solutions for critical business needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP HCM Payroll configuration and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK and Canadian payroll legislation, taxation and compliance.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing and year-end processing.
• Experience with SAP ECC and HCM Time Management.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and supporting SAP HCM Payroll across UK and Canadian payroll processing.
• Supporting end-to-end payroll and year-end processing.
• Ensuring payroll compliance with UK and Canadian legislation and reporting requirements.
• Collaborating with ABAP, BASIS, Security, Workflow and Integration teams.
• Writing and maintaining Payroll PCRs and Schemas.
• Working with third-party payroll interfaces/vendors.
• Supporting Country Legal Changes across UK and Canada.
• Providing reliable functional analysis and solutions to customers.
