Job summary

NCC Group in Manchester is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce-focused commercial transformation within Sales & Marketing Transformation. You will drive redesign of commercial processes, ensuring integrated workflows and trusted data across Salesforce, Workday, and Kantata.

You will own the integrated delivery plan, manage the client-SI relationship, and govern scope, milestones, and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce-enabled transformation in live environments.
• Client-side leadership of multi-workstream Salesforce programmes with a Systems Integrator.
• Experience leading business-led technology programmes, lead-to-cash transformation, process improvement and operating-model change.
• Strong programme planning, governance, RAID, dependency management and reporting skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional business and technology teams, managing external partners and influencing in a matrix environment.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, change control and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce-focused commercial transformation programme, from business process redesign and prioritisation through delivery, adoption, benefits realisation and closure.
• Own the integrated programme delivery plan covering scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, costs, dependencies and critical paths across prioritised Salesforce enhancements.
• Act as the client-side delivery lead for the Systems Integrator (SI), owning the integrated client/SI plan and managing the SOW.
• Manage programme risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies with clear ownership and mitigation.
• Coordinate testing, data quality validation, user acceptance testing and defect resolution with clear ownership and sign-off.
• Coordinate communications, training and process changes to optimise Salesforce usage and readiness for enhancements and BAU handover.
• Track benefits realisation and lessons learned at programme closure.
