Job summary
TekSelect is expanding its Salesforce practice and seeking a Salesforce Change Manager to drive people-centric change across enterprise-scale implementations. You will support large transformation programs, lead training planning and delivery, and contribute to stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies.
The role covers presentations, solution design, mentorship and process improvements. London-based with flexibility to travel within the UK; strong Salesforce knowledge and change certs are
Qualifications
- Circa 4+ years hands-on experience managing the “people side of change”
- Expertise with training planning, content strategy and delivery
- Experience conducting change impact assessments / change readiness assessments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products
- Agile project methodology experience – Desired
- Recognised Change Management Certifications (APMG, Procsi)
- Salesforce Certifications – Nice to have
- Consulting background – Desired, but not essential
Responsibilities
- Support large-scale transformation projects and work with stakeholders to understand broader impact
- Create and manage training plans and delivery
- Conduct change impact/readiness assessments and develop adoption strategies
- Deliver presentations and contribute to solution design and process improvements
- Provide mentorship, learning opportunities and support continuous development and training
