Alzheimer’s Research UK seeks a Salesforce developer to extend and maintain our CRM and data transformation workflows. You will implement no-code changes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the Non-Profit Success Pack, while supporting CDT-related metadata and data imports in our ETL and testing tools.

You will work closely with the Data Operations team to ensure robust, well-tested integrations. The role requires strong Salesforce knowledge, experience with CDT, Copado Robotics Testing and

Qualificações

• Good knowledge of Salesforce data model and Salesforce CRM modules.
• Experience configuring CRM in a complex organisation.
• Able to gather and document business requirements and provide solution designs.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out no-code developments in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, NPSP).
• Act as 2nd line support for CDT issues.
• Support integration testing in Copado Robotics and CDT with documented imports.
• Maintain CDT import processes and perform regression testing in Copado Robotics.
• Ensure Salesforce developments are documented in Confluence and kept up to date.
• Collaborate with end user teams and external partners.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies for the Salesforce Development Team.
• Work with analysts and owners to document, deploy and communicate developments.
