Barnardo's is seeking a Salesforce Application Engineer to lead development, integration and governance of our Salesforce ecosystem within the Digital, Data & Technology team. This hybrid, full-time role involves shaping our Salesforce roadmap and delivering innovative solutions across the charity.
You will own Apex solutions, SOQL performance, and integrations using APIs, while collaborating with stakeholders across Fundraising, Finance and Operations.

Combining deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, you'll drive innovation, automation and digital transformation across the organisation.
This is a full-time permanent hybrid position, with travel to our London office required approximately once per quarter.
