Alzheimer’s Research UK in Cambridge is seeking a Salesforce Developer to extend and maintain our organisation-wide CRM. You will carry out no-code/low-code developments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the Non-Profit Success Pack, and work with Clarity Data Transform and CDT integrations.
You will support the Data Operations team, ensure tests and imports are robust, keep Confluence documentation up to date and build solid relationships with end users and external partners.
We have ambitious plans to be raising £120m by 2033 and a core part of delivering this will be through transforming our supporter experience capabilities. We currently use Salesforce as our organisation-wide CRM platform, and we are now embarking on a project to implement Marketing Cloud and Data 360. This role will sit within the team responsible for the continual development of Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of the organisation.
This role will be responsible for consulting with internal users and considerately developing Salesforce using no code/low code methods. This role will also have a responsibility for the development and maintenance of Custom Metadata processes [AS1] around Clarity Data Transform (CDT), an app managed by Giveclarity, and successfully combining that with Copado Robotics Testing. The commitment to test-driven development and maintenance of data imports into Core is fundamental to the functioning of Salesforce at ARUK.
ARUK currently has over 70 files/systems/platforms that are integrated into Salesforce and we use a combination of Matillion (an ETL Tool) and CDT to transform and load this data. ARUK uses Copado Robotics to regression test these processes. You will also support the Data Operations team, who run the import routines, and assist with resolving any exceptions.
