Job summary

Alzheimer's Research UK is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Cambridge-based team and help transform our supporter experience using no-code/low-code tools across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the Non-Profit Success Pack.

You will work with CDT and data transforms, Matillion integration workflows, and Copado Robotics regression tests, ensuring robust data handling and well-documented deployments within a Scrum framework.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Salesforce data model: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, NPSP.
• Experience configuring CRM in a complex organisation with automations.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements with end users.
• Experience in Agile environments and fortnightly sprints.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Documentation in Confluence.

Responsibilities

• No-code developments in Salesforce: fields, validations, formulas, Flows.
• 2nd line support for CDT issues for Data Operations.
• Test-led development of Copado Robotics/CDT integrations.
• Maintain CDT import processes and regression tests in Copado Robotics.
• Document Salesforce developments in Confluence and keep up to date.
• Build relationships with end users and external partners.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies for fortnightly sprints.
• Discuss and challenge end user requests to reach optimal solutions.
• Coordinate with BA and Integration Manager for deployments.
• Work with Product Owner to align releases and notifications.
