Job summary

Alzheimer's Research UK is seeking a Salesforce-focused developer to implement no-code solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the Non-Profit Success Pack. You will collaborate with Data Operations to maintain CDT imports, regression tests and documentation in Confluence, while supporting end users and external partners.

The role emphasizes Scrum participation and aligning Salesforce developments with data best practices within a charity setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Non-Profit Success Pack.
• Knowledge of CDT (Clarity Data Transform) and no/low-code development.
• Experience configuring a CRM in a complex organisation and documenting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out no-code developments in Salesforce (fields, formulas, validation rules, Flows).
• Act as 2nd line support for CDT issues.
• Assist in test-led development of Copado Robotics integrations and CDT imports.
• Maintain CDT import processes and perform regression testing in Copado Robotics.
• Document Salesforce developments in Confluence and keep docs up to date.
• Build relations with end users and external partners.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies for the Salesforce Development Team.
