Job summary
Inardua is seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream Salesforce transformation programmes. You will shape how delivery runs, own governance, and mentor junior consultants while managing client relationships at Programme Manager and Sponsor levels.
The role emphasizes autonomy in structuring build blocks, resolving live scope tensions, and aligning delivery with client constraints beyond a fixed plan.
Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering Salesforce in a delivery/PM capacity.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architectures; Industry Cloud or Field Service Lightning exposure.
- Comfort with Salesforce delivery tooling and environment strategy.
- Salesforce Administrator certification as baseline; delivery-focused cert is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agentforce and Net Zero Cloud is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end RAIDD governance across a multi-workstream programme.
- Design delivery cadence for complex discovery phases with multi-week sessions.
- Handoff discovery into delivery and manage two-week build-block cadence end-to-end.
- Reconcile scope vs baselines, surfacing conflicts early and guiding resolutions.
- Lead commercial and resourcing talks with client sponsors at Programme Manager level.
- Mentor junior Delivery Consultants to ensure governance discipline.
