Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead to guide Agile practices across a Circle (team of teams) and own the Program Increment plan. You will optimize delivery flow, build visibility with dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid UK-based role.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and a track record in Agile technology delivery, with programming experience and strong analytical skills to influence decisions and partner with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in an agile/execution role delivering technology solutions on a demanding schedule.
• Programming/development experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and a deep strategic mindset preferred.
• Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on data.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the flow of valuable solutions in a multi-team environment by reducing dependencies, hand-offs, and waste.
• Plan and facilitate Program Increment planning events; ensure work is included in PI plans and capacity is reserved for enablers, refactoring, and unknowns.
• Build feedback loops through cross-team reviews and engage all key stakeholders.
• Drive relentless improvement through multi-team retrospectives, metrics, assessment analysis, and other means.
• Escalate and track risks and impediments to eliminate systemic waste to improve the flow of value.
• Create transparency into the progress of cross-team work through visible boards, operational metrics, dashboards.
• Manage cross-team dynamics; coordinate team building and cross-team communication.
• Promote and teach effective software delivery practices.
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
