Job summary

Inardua Consulting Limited is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to own the technical development of integration-heavy Salesforce solutions and provide hands-on architecture direction. You will guide platform setup, configuration and automation while defining integration patterns and standards for scalable, secure, maintainable enterprise systems.

Lead end-to-end technical architecture, review requirements, govern integration approaches, and ensure alignment with security, data and performance

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing and governing complex, integration-heavy Salesforce solutions.
Experience in Energy & Utilities Cloud / Salesforce Industries.
Excellent communication of complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to summarize findings and see the big picture.
Experience in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical architecture — translate requirements into robust designs.
Lead analysis of technical and integration requirements; define target patterns.
Provide hands-on setup, configuration and workflow automation guidance to developers.
Serve as the main technical point of contact for the customer on architectural matters.
Provide technical governance — set standards, review artefacts, evaluate changes.
Conduct sprint reviews and provide architectural feedback and oversight.
Own and maintain architecture documentation.
Ensure solutions align with Well-Architected principles and security standards.
