Qualifications

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead delivery on our complex, multi-workstream Salesforce transformation programmes. You'll work with real autonomy - shaping how a programme's delivery should run rather than executing a plan someone else has already fixed: deciding how build blocks should be structured, which risks are worth escalating and when, and how a client's own delivery constraints should change the plan rather than just being noted against it.

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead delivery on our complex, multi-workstream Salesforce transformation programmes. You'll work with real autonomy - shaping how a programme's delivery should run rather than executing a plan someone else has already fixed: deciding how build blocks should be structured, which risks are worth escalating and when, and how a client's own delivery constraints should change the plan rather than just being noted against it. You'll typically hold delivery across a full account or a multi-workstream programme rather than a single engagement, carrying the primary delivery relationship with client stakeholders up to Programme Manager and Sponsor level. You'll also mentor junior Delivery Consultants working with you on the same account, reviewing their governance discipline as well as their outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery governance and RAIDD end-to-end across a full multi-workstream programme - for example, on a complex regulated-sector transformation, holding the RAIDD log from day one of discovery and personally owning resolution of live scope tensions rather than leaving them as passive log entries for someone else to close.
• Design and run the delivery cadence for complex discovery phases - for example, structuring a multi-week discovery phase into a defined session plan across a dozen-plus stakeholder roles, sizing each role's time commitment defensibly rather than guessing, and adjusting it week-to-week as discovery concludes.
• Own the handoff from discovery into delivery and run the two-week build-block cadence end to end - sizing and planning, coordinating configuration and development across the block's cross-functional team, testing, UAT deployment, demo to users, feedback collection, and retro - adjusting block sequencing when a workstream with a hard external deadline needs to be de-risked ahead of others.
• Reconcile delivery scope and benefit assumptions against multiple, sometimes conflicting client-held baselines - for example, cross-referencing a formal requirements document against a separately-authored benefits case and an existing process-map library, and surfacing where they disagree rather than assuming someone upstream already reconciled them.
• Own commercial and resourcing conversations with the client at Programme Manager/Sponsor level - including building a defensible, quantified case for a scope or timeline change, and being willing to flag when a proposed resourcing split is genuinely insufficient rather than approving it to keep the peace.
• Manage engagement and programme-level financials and commercial exposure, escalating early rather than surfacing problems at month-end.
• Mentor and quality-review junior Delivery Consultants supporting the same account, ensuring RAIDD/governance discipline is consistent across every workstream.

Shape how Salesforce programmes get delivered, not just that they get delivered on plan:

• Design the delivery operating model for a multi-workstream programme - pod structure, build-block sequencing, and environment strategy - end to end, not inherited from a template.
• Own the DevOps, release, and environment governance conversation at a level that anticipates client-side constraints (change freezes, CAB approval, sandbox refresh cycles) before they threaten a cutover date, and build them into the plan as named, resourced dependencies.
• Spot structural delivery risk early - particularly around input quality (documentation, requirements, existing process maps) - and convert it into a scoped, defensibly-costed remediation phase rather than an assumption the risk will surface later in build.
• Turn what you learn into reusable delivery IP - a traceability method, a resourcing model, a documentation standard - that strengthens Inardua's wider Delivery practice, not just your own account.

Preferred Qualifications (bonus points for any of these — please still apply if you don't have them all)

Salesforce & Platform Expertise

• 5+ years delivering Salesforce implementations in a delivery/PM capacity (not just as a BA or admin)
• Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture and delivery patterns; exposure to at least one Industry Cloud (e.g. Public Sector, Energy & Utilities Cloud) or Field Service Lightning
• Comfortable in Salesforce delivery tooling - sprint/backlog tools (Jira, Copado, Azure DevOps), release/DevOps tooling, and org environment strategy (sandbox seeding, CI/CD basics) enough to hold the conversation with technical leads, not run it yourself
• Salesforce Certified Administrator as a baseline; a delivery-adjacent cert (Agentforce Specialist, Business Analyst, or a Cloud Consultant credential) as a strong plus
• Familiarity with Agentforce and Net Zero Cloud a plus given Inardua's practice focus, though not expected to be deep at this level

Delivery & PM Practice

• Formal delivery methodology exposure - Agile/Scrum in a Salesforce context specifically (two-week build blocks, sprint demos, UAT cycles), not generic waterfall PM
• Demonstrable RAIDD/governance ownership on a programme of comparable scale (multi-workstream, £500k+ or similar threshold)
• Experience running multi-stakeholder discovery phases, including stakeholder time-sizing and session planning
• A PM/delivery credential (PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Alliance credential) - useful for procurement-side sign-off, though real proficiency is judged on judgement and track record, not the certificate itself
• Track record managing commercial exposure and change conversations directly with client sponsors, not just internal escalation
• Prior delivery experience in a regulated sector (Energy & Utilities, Water, or adjacent regulated industries) - understanding of why a missed milestone carries regulatory or public-facing consequence, not just commercial
• Exposure to regulatory reporting, customer vulnerability, or billing/metering domains is a strong plus, even outside Salesforce specifically

Level & SFIA Profile

This role maps to SFIA Level 5 ("Ensure, advise") — an experienced, authoritative technical expert who works under broad direction, is accountable for significant technical outcomes end-to-end, provides expert guidance and governance, and sets standards others apply. This is a senior individual-contributor / technical-leadership role, not a line-management role. Core skill: Solution architecture (ARCH) at Level 5, supported by Systems design, Systems integration and build, and Requirements definition and management.

• Level 5 — Base £73,800 - £90,200
