Julian Wadden in Heaton Moor (Stockport) is hiring a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a busy team. This full-time role includes managing client registrations, viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments while driving new business across sales, lettings and financial services.

You will oversee offers, negotiations and progression, helping convert the pipeline to completion, with occasional lettings support. A strong local knowledge base and a full driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required, high volume of sales progression is essential.
• Full clean driving licence is required; own car preferred.
• Excellent customer service and natural selling ability; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients; register clients on property software, arrange viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments.
• Generate new business and cross-service opportunities between sales, lettings and financial services.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Heaton Moor. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday's. This role offers a realistic OTE of £38,000.

Let's talk about the role. It involves;

• Being the first point of contact for clients and customers, this includes, registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments.
• Generating new business and cross-service opportunities between sales, lettings and financial services
• Overseeing the sales process, including taking offers, negotiating sales, and sales progression.
• Helping to convert the branch sales pipeline to completion.
• Support the branch on lettings when/ if required.
