Julian Wadden in Manchester is seeking a Property Relationship Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will make regular check-in calls with landlords, deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants, renew and negotiate tenancy agreements, and conduct inspections, inventories, and check-outs.

You will organize and recommend maintenance works, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
