Job summary

Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies, is hiring a Senior Sales Negotiator in Pudsey. This full-time, permanent role offers a £27,000 base salary with a realistic OTE of £35,000.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will respond to enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and by email, book appointments, progress sales through to completion, and encourage valuations. You will meet sales targets and build strong client relationships.

• Ability to build and maintain honest client relationships.
• Deliver top-level customer service face-to-face and on the phone.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as aSenior Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey.You'll enjoy a standard workweek.The salary is £27,000pa with a realistic OTE of £35,000pa (uncapped).

Let's talk about the role. It involves

• Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for proactively responding to enquiries, face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meet sales targets.
• You will progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
• Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
