Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Headingley is seeking a full-time Handyman to support busy residential properties across our portfolio. You’ll handle wet plumbing, painting, joinery, basic electrical work, and general property repairs in both occupied and unoccupied homes, often at pace.

You should live within 10 miles of Headingley, hold a full clean driving licence, and bring energy, a can-do attitude, and the ability to manage your own diary.

Let's Talk About The Role. It Involves

• Wet plumbing
• Painting
• Joinery
• Basic, non-qualified electrical work
• General property repairs

You’ll be working in both occupied and unoccupied properties, often at a fast pace, and there will be opportunities for additional paid work at key times of the year.
