Job summary

Linley and Simpson, part of Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies, is hiring a Senior Sales Negotiator in Pudsey. This full-time, permanent role offers a £27,000 base salary with a realistic OTE of £35,000.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will respond to enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and by email, book appointments, progress sales through to completion, and encourage valuations. You will meet sales targets and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain honest client relationships.
• Deliver top-level customer service face-to-face and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to enquiries in person, by phone and online.
• Arrange appointments and contribute to meeting sales targets.
• Progress sales through to completion and liaise with all parties.
• Encourage valuations and secure new business for the company services.
