Are you an experienced Estate Agent looking for something different?

My client is a high-end independent estate agent, and they are looking for either a Senior Sales Negotiator who has worked in the NW8 postcode, and immediate surrounding areas.

This role is more about being a well-rounded Estate Agent

They're not into KPI's, or getting a sale for the sake of a sale. It's not a super-fast environment where you're doing a ring round session one minute, and out on 20 viewings the next.

It's about providing an exceptionally high-end service to Vendors and Buyers. Winning instructions. Managing the sales process of your deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Register applicants and maintain regular contact with them
• Conduct viewings with prospective buyers, demonstrating detailed local market knowledge and professionalism
• Provide accurate valuations and market appraisals, supported by local data and insights.
• Maintain and grow a network of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and investors.
• Negotiate offers achieving the best outcome for all parties
• Manage the sales process proactively, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completions.

You

• It's essential you know the NW8 area, and immediate surrounding areas
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
