We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator in West Drayton for a family-run, independent Estate Agency.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator, with a full understanding of the sales process. You will have the opportunity to be trained in valuing.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 3pm with a day off in lieu
  • Pooled commission
  • Good earning potential
  • Holiday entitlement increasing each year after 5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Opportunity to train in valuing
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Developing relationships
  • Providing ongoing advice to buyers and vendors

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • Full understanding of the sales process
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ambitious with the drive to succeed
  • The desire to work well in a team
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Well-presented and self-motivated
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
