We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client's team.

Salary & Benefits

£40,000 to £42,500 per annum, OTE.

Duties (including but not limited to)
  • Developing engaging client relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
  • Undertaking valuations and securing new instructions
  • Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process
  • Sales progression
  • Collaborating with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors and lettings teams for cross-selling activities
Essential Requirements
  • Previous estate agency experience with a proven track record in valuations and winning instructions
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • High personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
  • Good computer skills and adaptability to new systems
  • Excellent communication skills
