Senior Sales Negotiator

Location: Gerrards Cross

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 base salary
£35,000 - £40,000 OTE

Benefits: Team and individual commission, high referral incentives (Mortgage, Conveyancing, RAN)

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays

Our client is a well-known and reputable Estate Agency with multiple branches. They have a very experienced team with extensive knowledge in the Property Industry and are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their team.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
2. Conduct property viewings.
3. Support the sales process from start to completion.
4. Update the company CRM with new leads.
5. Manage your time effectively to maximize appointments and activity levels.
6. Solicit leads.
7. Promote newly listed properties and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator (1-3 years) is essential.
2. Full UK driving license and own car are essential.
3. Strong negotiation skills.
4. Tactful and articulate communication skills.
5. Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
6. Highly motivated and results-driven.
