Sales Negotiator – Loughton

Our clients are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Negotiator. They want someone who is willing to take Estate Agency to the next level, learn be part of a team and be rewarded. The right candidate must have a great knowledge of East London & Essex.

PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £20,000-£22,000 pa (depending on experience- 1 year’s property negotiator experience required)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6.00pm, with Some weekend work required.

DUTIES:

* Arranging and undertaking viewings

* Negotiating and closing deals

* Liaising with clients, and maintaining existing relationships

* Canvassing of new properties

*Remain updated on market trends and property values

*Identify new sales opportunities

PERSONAL CRITERIA:

* Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic

* Drive and determination

* A strong work ethic

* Excellent presentation and communication skills

* Full UK driving license & must have your own Car!

*Must have 1 years experience as a Sales Negotiator
