Do you have real estate experience and are ready for your next move? The role offers a base salary of up to £27k for candidates with 3+ years of experience.

At the esteemed Martyn Gerrard agency in Winchmore Hill, North London, we seek an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join our renowned team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Full Driving Licence: Your reliable car will be essential for property visits and client meetings.
  • Experience: Ideally, 1+ years in sales negotiation or customer-facing industries focusing on relationship building and closing deals.

  • Database Management: Maintaining and nurturing a database of potential buyers.
  • Property Viewings: Conducting viewings and providing feedback to sellers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Facilitating negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Deal Management: Managing the sales process from offer to exchange and completion.
  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing additional business opportunities.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Maintain contact with potential buyers, providing personalized service.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, offering valuable feedback.
  • Facilitate negotiations and manage the sales process.
  • Identify new business opportunities to contribute to the agency's growth.

What We Offer:

  • Working hours from 9 am to 6:30 pm Monday-Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm on Fridays, and every other Saturday from 9:30 am to 4 pm (with a lieu day after Saturday shifts).
  • £3,000 car allowance and £500 fuel allowance.
  • 6% commission on sales, with colleagues earning 3-4% on listings they sell.
  • High earning potential, with total earnings exceeding £60,000+ for top performers.

Your Location:

Living within a 45-minute drive of Winchmore Hill N21 is required, and daily access to a car is essential for property visits and client meetings.
