Job summary

GCB Agency Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator for a busy estate agency in Bromley. You will negotiate offers, register applicants, update vendors on progress and drive sales through a strong commission structure.

The role offers a basic salary up to £24,000 with an OTE of £40,000–£60,000 and a high commission band of 10%–20%. You will join a supportive team with progression opportunities and quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous industry experience as a Sales Negotiator.
• Local knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
• Passionate about the property industry.
