Miles & Barr Estate Agents in Kent is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to drive property viewings, valuations and successful offers. You will register clients, book viewings, negotiate offers and build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers to hit team targets.

You should have proven sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, a self‑driven attitude, and a valid driving licence. A comprehensive benefits package and career development are provided.

• You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and providing detailed information to potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transactions.
• Have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
