Miles & Barr in Broadstairs is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our established team. You will register clients, book and attend viewings, secure valuations, and manage a pipeline of offers and closings to hit targets.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a self-motivated, organised approach. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

• Register clients, book and attend viewings and secure valuations along with Financial Services referrals.

• Negotiate offers and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transactions.
• Have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
