An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency.

This full-time role offers a basic salary of £22,500 - £25,000 with commission up to £25,000.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for leading property sales from instruction to completion while delivering excellent service to vendors and buyers.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator, Property Sales Consultant, Estate Agent, or in a similar role.
2. Experience in estate agency and sales.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
