Guardian Jobs in London is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive sponsorship, data products and marketing solutions for a global client base. Hybrid working in London with travel opportunities across Bermuda, Vermont, Cayman Islands and Chicago.

You will leverage 3+ years in event sponsorship or media sales to deliver revenue growth, build strong relationships and close deals worth £5k to £60k, with uncapped commission and an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in event sponsorship, exhibition sales or data/media sales.
• Ideally degree educated and able to demonstrate revenue success.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell sponsorship, data products and marketing solutions to a global client base.
• Develop new business opportunities and close deals with uncapped commission.
• Travel as required for client meetings and events (where applicable).

Leading media events, data and marketing business seeks an outstanding Senior Sales Manager to join their ambitious team. The Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager role focuses on selling sponsorship, data products and marketing solutions across our client's global client base.

These deals range in value from as low as £5k to upwards of £60,000.

Our client is the industry leader within the global insurance market and with over 75% of their industry being widely familiar with who they are, this role presents a rare opportunity to work for a genuine leader in it’s field.

There is also scope for a 2-4 global travel trips to Bermuda, Vermont, Caymen Islands and Chicago.

If you are a highly polished, skilled Business Development Manager where you’ve sold event sponsorship, data and marketing solutions and you’re keen to work for a leading independent market leader with global travel and an unrivalled commission structure –

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in event sponsorship / exhibition sales or data sales or wider media sales / marketing solutions
• Ideally degree educated
• Demonstrated success in achieving excellent revenue results.
• Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage time to maximise productivity and achieve goals.
• High emotional intelligence, skilled in building and sustaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly consultative sales approach
• Personable and enthusiastic, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
