As Senior Sales Manager (Brand Partnerships), you will be responsible for driving new business aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong external relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters through securing and leading new business meetings.
  • Qualifying new business discussions and closing brand partnership deals to meet your personal annual target.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive engagement and maximize value for both parties.
  • Maintaining regular communication and resolving any partnership issues that arise.
  • Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in music brand partnership sales roles.
  • Possess a personal network of global brand partners in Europe, the US, and Africa.
  • Have a strong affinity and deep knowledge of Afrobeats and Amapiano cultures.
  • Be self-motivated, reliable, and thrive on cultivating connections.
  • Exhibit excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
