About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing, full-service creative marketing agency known for delivering immersive and high-impact digital brand experiences. With innovation at their core, they work with global B2B brands to create standout content — from 3D animation, interactive tools, and web/app development to cutting-edge AR/VR installations and experiential activations. Backed by a global network and a creative team bursting with ideas, they’re now looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in their digital services division.

Role Overview

This is a pivotal role for a confident and consultative sales professional who’s ready to lead the charge on new business in the digital space. You’ll work with marketing, tech, and creative teams to pitch and win complex digital solutions — while also introducing clients to the agency’s full suite of services across exhibitions, media, and live events. If you’re passionate about tech-led storytelling and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to shape the future of digital experiences with a globally respected agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new opportunities across digital services
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality B2B prospects
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across a range of industries
  • Develop persuasive proposals and pitch ideas with confidence
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to create client-focused solutions
  • Cross-sell other agency services including exhibitions, media, and immersive activations
  • Attend pitches, client meetings, and global industry events

Key Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in digital sales or new business development
  • Proven success in selling martech or digital solutions to B2B clients
  • Strong understanding of services like web/app development, 3D content, and interactive tools
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate client needs into solutions
  • Sector experience in Defence, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Electronics, or Engineering

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of AR/VR, UX/UI principles, or SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or other CRM/sales platforms
  • Experience working within agile digital project environments
