Senior Sales Manager - B2B Events

Creative Venues Brand & Corporate Events | 55K+ base + commission

We're seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to join a dynamic team at one of London's most iconic venues.

This role focuses on driving new business within a diverse B2B events portfolio, including brand launches, TV & film shoots, press events, Christmas parties, corporate celebrations, and more.

The Role

You will be the brand's ambassador in the events industry, attracting exciting clients and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Your ability to network and build relationships will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive new B2B business across sectors such as creative industries, agencies, brand-side clients, and corporates.
  2. Develop and close commercial opportunities for private hire, brand activations, and bespoke events.
  3. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, achieving KPIs and gross profit targets.
  4. Lead pitches, proposals, and venue showcases, collaborating with the events and operations team.
  5. Represent the venue at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
  6. Monitor trends in the creative and corporate events sectors to identify new revenue streams.
About You
  1. At least 4 years' experience in a B2B sales role within the events, hospitality, or venue sectors.
  2. Proven new business hunter with confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  3. Target-driven with a focus on performance and profitability.
  4. Strong networker with contacts in agencies, brands, and production companies.
  5. Confident, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  6. Passionate about live events, culture, and creating memorable experiences.
