Salary – Up to £25,000 (Depending on Experience) + Car Allowance and commission OTE £30,000 - £50,000

Full license and own car required

The role of Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator offers a unique platform to showcase and further develop your skills. You will be at the forefront of the property market, engaging with clients, conducting valuations, and managing instructions. Day-to-day duties include:

1. Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let.
2. Offering services to landlords & vendors.
3. Developing leads into viewings/instructions.
4. Carrying out viewings.
5. Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market.
6. Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements.
7. Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let.
8. Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback.
9. Negotiating offers.
10. Diary management.
11. Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements.
12. Experienced in valuations and instructions.
