Senior Recruitment Consultant at C&M Travel Recruitment

Senior Business Travel Consultant required for an independent travel management company due to an upturn in business. You will be responsible for managing your own group of clients, building close relationships, and providing high-quality service. This is a Monday-Friday role based in Central London with a salary of up to £36,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Booking all aspects of business travel including flights, accommodation, transfers, and car hire using the GDS
• Providing expert advice to clients
• Issuing, reissuing tickets, and calculating airfares
• Keeping CRM up to date
• Maintaining prompt communication with clients at all stages
• Assisting with and coordinating ancillary requests

Skills required:

• Experience in a Business Travel Consultant role
• Knowledge of GDS systems, ideally Amadeus (willing to cross-train)
• Product knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional information:

• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
• Some out-of-hours work on a rota basis (paid)
