MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS LETTINGS EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

• Grow volume of new lettings business and income production for the branch.
• Assist with appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties.
• Meet and exceed targets for the lettings side of the business.
• Register, qualify, and manage applicants.
• Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
• Work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
• Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
• Manage Landlord/Client relationships.

Required:

• Previous experience in a senior lettings position, such as Property Manager or Lettings Negotiator.
• ARLA accreditation (not essential).
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Listing and valuation experience (desirable).
• Excellent sales ability.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
• Negotiation skills.
• A full UK driving license.
