As a Lettings Negotiator, you will work closely with the Lettings team, liaising with tenants, identifying their needs, arranging and accompanying property viewings, and negotiating tenancy terms. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, working with landlords to provide marketing support and advice, negotiating tenancies, and assisting with the move-in process.

Responsibilities include:

• Registering new applicants, understanding their requirements, and discussing suitable properties.
• Arranging and accompanying property viewings.
• Gathering feedback from landlords.
• Negotiating offers and securing new tenancies.
• Collaborating with the Lettings Coordinator to ensure all documentation is complete for move-ins.
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and book valuations.
• Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations.
• Working towards monthly performance targets.
