Key responsibilities of a Senior Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct accurate market appraisals/valuations, and secure instructed properties. You will also conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximize the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Lettings Negotiator

• Experience in estate agency, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or an estate agent seeking progression
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and customer service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A full UK driving license
