Job summary

Fintelligent Search in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Executive to build on an established customer base, nurture warm opportunities and close deals to drive uncapped earnings.

You will manage your own pipeline with coaching and clear objectives, benefiting from a collaborative team environment, ongoing development, and a generous earnings potential. The role offers a £32,000 base salary with uncapped commission and an achievable OTE of £60,000+.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales or account management.
• Proven ability to manage and convert a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working towards targets with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to discuss products and identify opportunities.
• Follow up warm leads and convert them in a timely, professional manner.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through a consultative, service-led approach.
• Manage your own pipeline, keep accurate records of activity, opportunities and outcomes.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to team performance.
